You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color (where applicable), we’re happy to help.

2. We’ll confirm stock availability and provide exchange instructions.

3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange promptly.

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or request a store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

• If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, OllaLuxe will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
